No - you're the one whose confused....Intelligence (you probably mean knowledge) is what one knows.....IQ is one's capacity to problem solve....you can improve your brain function by literally exercising your brain...sure there's limits...just like body builder...but it still happens....mountains of research back that statement.

The question in Africa is whether, and if so to what extent, their dramatically lower IQ is due to genetics.


My guess is a decent portion (the more we study genes the more we find that they control almost everything about us)....but I suspect a good portion is also due to environment...sort of like a snowball effect.... Lower latent IQ results in lower food yields which reduces brain growth/function every cycle...

What if genes only accounted for 5 IQ pts between the races?
