I made roasted pork loin with a cider, apple and mustard sauce tonight. Known generically as "porc Normande". You can substitute calvados apple brandy for the cider if your budget allows.
BBQ isn't just cooking over some "red-hot" embers, that is grilling. BBQ is an entirely different, it is to roast or broil on a rack or revolving spit over or before a source of heat.
What people here are mistaking BBQ and Smoking are two entirely different things, and I really wish people would stop making fun of me because I know the fucking difference.

Good for you... I've made beef wellington, with Au Gratin Potatoes herbed butter cream sauce and some charred asparagus spears with a Roasted Vegetable Medley, and for dessert a strawberry rhubarb tart...
What's your point? That you can cook... I was cooking for almost a decade before I went into IT... please... try to impress me another way.
