Dude, they don't need to dump all this toxic shit into the environment to grow food.
If they don't then great, if they do, then this is why they aren't banning it.
If it kills off the pollinating insects it SHOULD be banned. Are you really this stupid?
If the alternatives kill more, and you need it to help grow the two thirds of the food supply, then it shouldn't be banned, until a better alternative is found that can do the same job and is actually economical.

This chemical was far worse than the alternatives, dumbass. That's why it was banned.

Do you like fruits and nuts? Tomatoes?

No more bee pollinators, you can say buh bye to all that, you fucking retarded little shit. Stop shitting up the forum. There was a reason this chemical was banned.

If the alternative kills more bees, I ain't for banning the pesticide that kills less. You are shitting up the forum with your false dichotomy nonsense.

If the alternative kills more bees, I ain't for that.
The alternatives are not worse than this. That is why this chemical was banned. Just carry on and shit up the forum all you want. I am done with your stupid posts for one day. You are truly ignorant.

If the alternatives aren't worse, that's different, if they are worse, which is the reason they gave for unbanning it, then it shouldn't be banned.

Why are you assuming the government banned it for a good reason? This is the EPA we are talking about, they ban shit for no good reason all the time. How is this not an example of that phenomenon?

My mind can be changed on this, but if you all got is, "it was banned for a reason, and I'm assuming that reason is good, no explanation required", then that isn't going to change my mind. Show me proof it was banned for a good reason, other pesticides kill bees too, so show me proof the alternatives don't suck even more.

Okay, one last post for the little shit. If you actually give a shit about educating yourself so that you don't sound so stupid all the fucking time, Google a little problem called colony collapse disorder. It's becoming very difficult to maintain bees in North America. We have lost a significant number of pollinators, including native bumblebee colonies. There are few actual wild colonies of honeybees left now, with most of the ones you see people clearing out on YouTube being the result of commercial hives swarming and sending out a new colony somewhere before the beeks can manage it.

The situation is complex, but the major reasons behind it are: varoa mites invading every part of the world that supports honeybees except (for now) Australia and New Zealand, pesticides used in industrial agriculture (which also makes humans sick), and the destruction of nectar-producing plants and trees that they depend upon.

When you say "fuck it we shouldn't ban these cancerous chemicals just because it kills all the bees", you are basically saying that if we have to lose all the fruiting plants in North America to produce more soy beans to sell to China, then so be it.

Which is utterly retarded, but I know you know fuck all about this problem and are just talking out of your ass as usual. Seriously, go educate yourself on this problem. It's not a left versus right problem, moron. We can't afford to lose pollinating insects on this continent.

I want to save bees too, I am aware of the situation dumbass.

I simply need proof, that banning this chemical will help do that, and it's worth all the unintended consequences that entails. If you don't have proof of that, then claiming "I hate the bees and want them all dead, fuck tomatoes", just because you have a shit argument is asinine.

Show me the proof that there are chemicals that are far better for the environment that aren't banned, that can easily replace this chemical that was banned, and I'll get on board. If you can't do that, I ain't taking your word for it, that the EPA banned it for a good reason in the first place. The EPA does not get the benefit of the doubt from me when it comes to banning things.

Just to be clear, the Obama Administration only banned Neonicotinoid use in "Wildlife Refuges"

They didn't ban it for agricultural use, so this change doesn't make much of a difference to the bees.

The Neonicotinoids leech into everything from the farmer's fields, it's not coming from "Wildlife Refuges"
