Never going to happen - Blacks who have figured this out are small in numbers and left the inner cities two generations ago. How do you propose you reach inner city black when they can't even read?

Funny, because I live near inner city blacks who are great neighbors, and fully literate as well. (Most of my neighbors are Hispanic and don't speak much English, but walk over to offer advice and lend me tools when they see me struggling with something.) I also live kitty-corner to a black church that sometimes has some absolutely destitute city blacks in attendance, and my interactions with them mostly involve them complimenting my wife and I on the work we've done on our yard.

PS: If ya'll had been paying attention to our host, you would have learned this already. A free and open society with free and open markets will have winners and losers, and wins and losses will get amplified. To mitigate the negative aspects of this reality requires some investment in QOL improvements for losers.
