If you know that a pint and a half of 4% beer keeps you under the permitted blood alcohol level but the beer turns out to be 6% and you fail a blood test how pissed off would you be?

What percentage of bar goers do you figure do these calculations? I'm going to go with zero percent, but I may be off by a percentage point or two.

All the responsible ones do. I don't know what percentage of drinkers are responsible but I'm not going to guess it is zero.

They sure as hell will if someone dies from a nut allergy if the food was declared nut free and yes allergens have to be highlighted on menus.
The 14 most common allergens do anyway.


Sure the free market will sort it out. Nobody who ever died from a food allergy ever returned to eat at the restaurant which killed them.
