Ah interesting, I see. They sound like fun. Battlefield is my go-to war game, is there a way we can play LAN games with the North Koreans instead of nuclear games? Here is a great documentary about how playing silly war games can potentially result in silly war prizes.pineapplemike wrote: ↑Tue Jun 12, 2018 4:28 pmBoring, I hope Trump is more creative than that. It's just a vague promise and it's not in the written deal. These are the four points:pineapplemike wrote: ↑Tue Jun 12, 2018 4:12 pmif kim jong un ever backslides on this, that dude is going to be drone bombed into north koreastan, right? are war games really that big of a deal to surrender? i really feel like kim is the one putting everything on the line here, not us. where the fuck is smitty, how am i supposed to know whats happening in the military geopolitical industrial sphere complex
I think Trump threw in the War Games promise at the last minute to have something he can take away without breaking the actual deal. They just had one of those big regular exercises so I think it's pretty far to the next scheduled one. Long enough to ascertain if the Norks are serious about the deal this time. I think it is a big win that Trump didn't give them any material pay this time. All the stuff promised can be taken away unlike tons of rice and money as is the usually traded gods for promises in the past.

How many times do you guys have to be presented with information that indicates that status quo has changed and new opportunities are available.

No to be a negative Nancy - but has the status quo changed?
I just can't shake the feeling that this is a big mid-term PR stunt....Does anyone really believe the Jonginator is really going to stop developing Nukes? Does anyone believe the PRC is going to allow the DPRK to get friendly with RSK?
Getting laughs watching the left and right media outlets to 180 degree flips from the Terran deal....
Fucking dark comedy at its best...

Watching the new party sit in the big chair is, indeed, dark comedy. It's sad/fun to watch all the partisans scramble to change their opinions on Jan 19 to completely opposite positions on Jan 20.

For the first time in my lifetime I see a president at war with the establishment that encapsulates all the stuff people stuff people say they really hate. The military industrial complex, CIA messing around in other countries, domestic spying.
There is a civil war going on right now inside Washington DC. One side will have you in wars without end, and all the rest. The other side gives you an option at a new start. A lot of people are openly supporting more of the status quo, keep the IC spying on you, send troops to senseless wars, continue to listen to the IC talking points given to the corporate media.
It's your choice.

I respectfully think you're giving the Donald too much credit.....not so sure how sincere he is on bucking the system....tariffs were a good start...but allowing the PRC telecom company to sell it's poison in the US?C-Mag wrote: ↑Wed Jun 13, 2018 8:07 amFor the first time in my lifetime I see a president at war with the establishment that encapsulates all the stuff people stuff people say they really hate.
