You really think the Pentagon is going to bomb or drone attack a nuclear power? That is a huge risk.
Smitty has already said that the time for bombing NK was before it had nuclear ICBMs. That window has passed.
I think he may have suggested a preemptive all out nuclear strike but I suspect that is because he has a boner for atomic bombs.
