Tracking them proves relatively simple...

The late afternoon sun is casting some decent shadows which allow you to close in on the camp without being noticed.

The three lizard men are greeted by a fourth who appears to have prepared the camp... this one is smaller than the other three.

Possibly a female, but it's hard to tell with lizard people.

They are all making a creepy sound, which might be laughter, as the three lizard men show off the spoils.

One of them is imitating a drinking motion. The other three appear disgusted, and then laugh harder.
