Interesting. The states with the highest per capita suicide rates are mostly red. Top 5 : Wyoming, Alaska, Montana, New Mexico, Utah.

I was not enthralled with Bourdain, didn't watch that many episodes, but one really caught my attention.
Being Creative and Crazy is not new to the world. Many artists, if not most have their minds on wild shit most of their lives. So, Bourdain's mental illness is not schocking, drug addiction and Liberal Politics is pretty much to be expected.

Seemed like a very likable guy, but he was nothing more than the typical limousine liberal.
His whole show was based on the assumption you had the money and time available to explore our beautiful world. Plus, he is a celebrity. No everyday citizen would be treated the same as someone walking around with a camera crew.
I'd like to see someone go to the ghettos of the world at night and tell us again how wonderful everyone is.

He enjoyed tasting food from all cultures. I assume that you have no passport and never eat anything not native to America. Too bad, you are missing out on some amazing Italian, Mexican, French, Vietnamese, Cuban, Venezuelan, Brazilian, Chinese, Japanese foods... there's a lot more, but since you don't do anything not American, it's not important.
