We are talking about DACA candidates who will, ideally, not be lettuce pickers.

I am not for open borders either. The wall is just a border-totem as far as I am concerned, but fetishists are going to fetish no matter what, so build away.

That's your problem - you're playing games - can't have an honest conversation - DACA's are illegal - that's why they want DACA - but you know this - yet you still play these games...and expect people to be fooled by it, or maybe you just don't see it.

Not all DACAs are going to be productive - I would venture most of them won't - shit, most citizens aren't productive.....yet your asking the tax payer to carry more water.....where's the hard evidence? all I see is maybes and feelz....not convincing.

I suppose it depends on how much volition is assumed in the word migrate.

Either way, a particular category of illegal immigrant does not equal all illegal immigrants does it?

You are a computer nerd, you should understand sets and subsets and whatnot pretty well I should think.

@Monty - if there's hard evidence that illegals (at the present moment) are an economic net loss to the average tax payer (middle America)....and no evidence of them being a net gain to the tax payer....and if the Middle class is vanishing....then:

1) do you not think DACA will incentivize more illegals to come?

2) If more come, will that not hasten the destruction of the middle class?

3) How is this fair to the middle class? -

4) do you think its responsibiilty of the middle class to provide for DACAs, and if so, why?

Are they not also adults? Seems to me they have full volition to continue living here illegally.

He does - you're the one who needs to pay attention to categories.

Like I said in the beginning of the thread, there are issues of jurisprudence when it comes to DACA candidates that have nothing to do with feels. They still haven't really been addressed by anyone.

The point is that their migration wasn't volitional.

You going to answer my questions? And the law seems pretty clear to me - the DACAs are not citizens.

An illegal immigrant of a specific category equals all illegal immigrants in your mind?

Well, I think we have discovered the hitch in our conversation.

The fucking janitor tries to wake us up at night when we're sleeping during work. I want DACA to go away just so he gets sent home
