I think right now the Caps D is better, but yeah you'd never trade Columbus D for the Washington D, but that's because of long term value, not short term value. Right now in the video game the Caps D should have the higher overall rating, if that isn't already the case.

I was taking a standardized test that morning when the teacher was talking about it lol. I remember not giving a shit about the test and wanting her to turn on the tv so we could watch the war in real time. It was in March I believe.

I'm not an expert on military hardware, but I don't really see how Tomahawks would be a game changer in this conflict. Russia and the US have bombed the shit out of ISIS controlled territory, but we basically don't want boots on the ground. This is very prudent of us. The Russian bombing campaign did a lot of good, but what is it about Tomahawks that would tip the conflict in our favor?
