GOP needs to make a constitutional crisis, threaten to stop participating and acknowledging the authority of the federal government if this turns out to be a political hit job. Basically say it’s over to the left - we’re not going to participate or acknowledge your authority anymore.

I was just thinking about this last night. States need to say we no longer recognize the authority of the FBI, and boot them out of their states. Reading through the Constitution, I see nowhere where it gives Congress the power to create an agency such as the FBI.

There’s no power to collect income tax either. They just dgaf.

I doubt it - but would be a spectacular fuckup by arrogant leftists if true. I hopefully someone is preserving the evidence of the decision making process…I’m sure there’s at least one non-marxists in the FBI somewhere…

GOP will have to go to war over this when/if they get power back…otherwise the GOP will be finished…they will loose all support.

FBI claiming the warrant was for nuclear related documents. Curious to see if the warrant says that and why it took 18 months…how long had the fbi been “working’ with Orang Man’s Attys on this and is there any evidences of such docs thought to be in Orang Man house prior to the raid backfiring politically.

Everything seems off. Why didn’t the FBI say so after the raid was over?

Also, if they take out Trump, they’ve got Ron to deal with - who is not Trump but just as likely if not more likely to beat whoever the marxists front.

Also, how will it ever be resolved that the Feds didn’t let the attys see the warrant bc if they saw nukes on it they would know it was a setup?

You are not required to let them in your house without seeing the warrant. But I don’t know that they have to allow you to read it.
