it wasn't the First World War until the British Empire entered the war

and that wasn't Kaiser Bill,

that was Churchill, insisting that the Liberal coalition government uphold Belgian Neutrality

or else Churchill would cross the floor to the Tories, at which point the Liberal initiated a World War

America is clearly not neutral, and Ukraine has no neutrality to uphold

America facilitated a regime change against Russia

now America has gone to war against Russia for said regime change

I gather OSINT from all sources, to include monitoring what the Russians are being told

it's also not implausible, the Russians have done that before, American submarines have done it

this has become a method of strategic warning, to surface an SSBN or SSGN
