it's so utterly Soviet, it is like a caricature of the Soviets
more Soviet than Soviet

No, that is what it looks like from Putin's perspective, but he also is attempting to say these things while he himself is probably guilty of it as well. Let's not forget, this is a bone, does the media (dog) go for the bone, or actually attempt to go for the steak?C-Mag wrote: ↑Tue Mar 08, 2022 12:13 pmImagine Russia putting 30 Biolabs in Mexico while working with Cartels. Then Russia gives weapons to Cartels to shell Americans in Mexico. While trying to bring Mexico into full defensive partnership with Russia. The Conservative wrote: ↑Tue Mar 08, 2022 12:06 pmThis is Putin’s war... Everything here is on him.
I'm waiting for war crimes to be brought up by NATO or the UN.
That's what it looks like from a Russian perspective.
What the hell did you think was going to happen, they were going to get on their knees and suck Putin's dick in apology for being a bad boy?Smitty-48 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 08, 2022 4:46 pmit's not that I didn't think Putin was this dangerous
it's not that I didn't say Putin was this dangerous
it's not that I didn't have this pegged as an absolute worst case scenario
what I wasn't expecting was for the entire Ukrainian nation to stand & fight
with a war chief at the head of his troops
that has changed the dimensions of the conflict radically
that has forced me to choose a side

Well, Trump picked General Milley and he showed his competency during the withdrawl from Afghanistan.Speaker to Animals wrote: ↑Tue Mar 08, 2022 4:17 pmYes, dude. Maybe Tucker Carlson and Donald Trump got it wrong.
Dude, Ukrainian snipers just killed a Spetznaz deputy commander. Those guys getting fucked up on that road are their best, man.C-Mag wrote: ↑Tue Mar 08, 2022 5:01 pmWell, Trump picked General Milley and he showed his competency during the withdrawl from Afghanistan.Speaker to Animals wrote: ↑Tue Mar 08, 2022 4:17 pmYes, dude. No, what has me curious is how Russia went about this and the units they have been using. Most of the Russian troops I've seen have been Russian National Guard, the General captured was National Guard, not regular Army. Plus Chechen, Tajiks, Siberians and Uzbeks. Front line Guards units, Spetznatz are not being used as far as I can tell, why ?
A Siberian Mayor got lit up by local residents on their sons being sent as canon fodder. They were supposed to be on normal drills and maneuvers, weren't told they were going to war or their objectives. All very Soviet. The article talks about how this is exactly how they started the Afghan war. https://www.rferl.org/a/russian-soldier ... 39187.html
Is this how Russia does war ? It's all very strange.
Is Putin using up ethnic non-Russians.
I don't have answers, just questions.
That's good to know.Speaker to Animals wrote: ↑Tue Mar 08, 2022 5:07 pm
