Trump did have a lasting effect on how we handle China (Biden has left in place or even doubled down on most of Trump's China policies) and his trade deals. Beyond that it is true that he wasn't very effective.

he has provoked the opposition to show how insane they have become

that is value added in a non legislative way

hence why I would vote for him, just to keep sticking it to them

but again, I'm not a resident of the USA right now

I don't believe in mail in ballots from overseas

only the people living in America suffering the consequences should be voting, in my view

as a dual citizen non resident, I stay out of the fray, because I don't have to live with the consequences
