although my marriage was a love at first sight whirlwind romance

the first few years were a honeymoon phase, we didn't really have a plan

it just came to a head because my wife wanted her fully detached home, and that was unaffordable in the city

then we started making a plan, to live like the rich at middle class prices, by moving to undervalued property

the wave has arrived here now mind you, there's a semi detached across the street for sale

asking price is $600,000, that's Toronto prices arriving here now
