If you break the law to get someone impeached, or smeared in general, yeah... I think it is.

this isn't a question of "if he broke the law" it was a question of which law was broken... and the only question is do we want to follow it down that path.

There is a reason the aides are being targeted first, it was so the scope of the corruption can be figured out and which laws if any can be reared against Obama... also if they should be, because this will lead to precedence in where any president will be held accountable in the future, and most politicians don't want that over their head.
