Why was Flynn’s phone tapped? How was it authorized? Why was Flynn told he didn’t need an attorney? Why was the intent to “get him fired”? If there was no probable cause, why did the investigation continue? Did Obama order this? What was his probable cause? Why wasn’t Flynn told he was under investigation for a Capital crime (treason)? Was there any further intent, such as to implicate Trump? Is there enough evidence for a Soft Coup?

Flynn's phone wasn't tapped, Kislyak's was. Hence Flyyn's masking, and subsequent unmasking. If Flynn had been the target of the tap, he wouldn't have been masked in the first place.

As to this "getting him fired" contention, that appears as a question in a memo, not a directive.

No shadow government conspiracy. Just a functioning, well ordered bureau of investigation subject to the rule of law. As it should be.

I agree that the current shutdown is partly a TDS phenomenon, but in a way that is far less sinister and conspiratorial.
