Good because I was about to challenge you to a duel. No I won't wear a fag mask.GloryofGreece wrote: ↑Tue May 12, 2020 2:07 pmI was actually referring to myself man. I don't do passive aggressive, especially on a forum. Not worth it.TheReal_ND wrote: ↑Tue May 12, 2020 1:14 pmOh btw I just noticed the back handed insults you levied at me. You're a little bitch.TheReal_ND wrote: ↑Tue May 12, 2020 12:35 pm
Well you're wrong. This shit is literally not even the flu. It may have been a bio-weapon or accidental lab release but gosh darn it just won't work right.
Maybe if you didn't spend all day surrounded by passive aggressive cunts at public school you wouldn't be such a little soy faggot urself.

Dude the media companies wouldn't do that. They are far too ethical and honest to resort to such fearmongering. I thought their Russiagate and Impeachment coverage was extremely hard hitting and nonpartisan!clubgop wrote: ↑Tue May 12, 2020 12:29 pmLet's get something straight about these media companies especially TV, people staying at home benefits them immensely. They want you to stay home and consume their content. The political party they own benefits. They have every incentive to instill panic.Xenophon wrote: ↑Tue May 12, 2020 10:53 amI mean, probably this. I tend to get a little ranty when I'm irritated. It's not anything you specifically said, and I'm sure your experiences in life informed your response to the COVID situation. I get kind of irritated when I see news that isn't as negative being buried under the typical "stay-at-home, wait on a vaccine, social distancing forever," claptrap I hear all day long from every source imaginable.GloryofGreece wrote: ↑Tue May 12, 2020 10:42 am
Not a death threat. You compared me to a panic stricken person praying to an idol. Who started insulting whom? It was sincere on my part, partly b/c I think you're either posturing or have very little humility. I'm humble before something I do not fully comprehend. You seem to be boasting , fake or otherwise, I hope it doesn't rail you.
Honestly, I'm just hoping it's not as bad as certain media talking heads keep espousing because I feel an intense feeling of loss for the life my children will have should this be the hyper-mutating doomsday-bug that a lot of people are treating it like. I mean, I'm having to hear my two-year-old son pray about going to his papa and grandma's house every night before he goes to bed, knowing he's not going to be able to and he doesn't understand why. And then I hear jackoffs like Dr. Fauci getting up in front of the TV telling millions of people, "Stay inside. Ignore anything that isn't what I've told you. Ignore data to the contrary of what I'm telling you. And just listen to me and my approved 'experts.' " in the most smug way he can.
Yeah, I don't want to watch anyone I love die either, but given what I've seen about the virus and how it apparently is only this giant death dealer in cities and places with a high population density, I'm hedging my bets on this all being less dangerous. If I end up getting COVID and dying on a ventilator that blows my lungs out like a water balloon on an air compressor while my nurses TikTok dance in the hallway, then so be it. Huddling inside forever seems no better than death.
Sorry for blowing up at you.

Earlier today I thought you were sincere when you apologized for misunderstanding my statement about being compromised. After reading things like this I'm no longer so sure.

Aww.. I was looking forward to the self-censorship and the spinning of criticism of a major foreign power as "bigotry".clubgop wrote: ↑Tue May 12, 2020 5:56 pmBjorn is saved, they canceled it. Pussies.

Experts say wrote:Hand hygiene is a widely used intervention and has been shown to effectively reduce the transmission of gastrointestinal infections and respiratory infections (26). However, in our systematic review, updating the findings of Wong et al. (8), we did not find evidence of a major effect of hand hygiene on laboratory-confirmed influenza virus transmission (Figure 1). Nevertheless, hand hygiene might be included in influenza pandemic plans as part of general hygiene and infection prevention.
We did not find evidence that surgical-type face masks are effective in reducing laboratory-confirmed influenza transmission, either when worn by infected persons (source control) or by persons in the general community to reduce their susceptibility (Figure 2). However, as with hand hygiene, face masks might be able to reduce the transmission of other infections and therefore have value in an influenza pandemic when healthcare resources are stretched.
