Do me next!! :)
Dare you speak outside the echo chamber?
You don't understand what that term means, do you? IN order for this to be an echo chamber, pretty much everyone else would have to be agreeing with Martin. Seems like he is in the minority here.
He's white though. Unless the photos he posts are doctored, I don't think Martin is a minority. He might be Native American though. Hash doesn't sound too tribal to me, but it could be his mother's side of the family idk...

A smart phone that will soon cost the current equivalent of a suburban mortgage in monthly subscription fees, yes.
Can't blame boomers for that. They aren't the ones that demand a new phone before the old one has been paid for an need 1tb of data to stream and Facetime 24/7.

I am not sure that it would have been harder to pass a more focused and less expensive stimulus than the expensive shotgun one we got.
I am sure. So is every other person who knows anything at all about US politics. Trust us, the ones who know.

Why did we bail out businesses when the economic crisis side of this thing is inherently a demand problem? That was so brazenly corrupt that I can't believe people are going to vote for anybody behind it.

The goal of providing easy capitol to businesses so they could keep employees on the payroll was a good one. I think it could have been better targeted as covering sick leave for anyone who didn't want to risk their health, as opposed to a generic payroll slush fund.

Writing checks that won't cover basic expenses to hale and healthy people while forcing businesses into dealing with no revenue is not a good solution.

No, they’re the ones that charge obscene rates for basic service, on the backs of Chinese labor, and massive federal monetary distortion, while slamming the door on innovation and enjoying federal subsidies.

I guess "disingenuous" is the soy-boy catchphrase for "You refuted my point", "I don't understand", or "stop bringing reason into this", given HM's and SF's affection for throwing it around.
It's more nuanced ;)
Hmm, yes, quite. *swirls cognac*
I swear Dirty dick has one of those word of the day calendars from years back and sees a word and just has to use it in a sentence like an annoyed judge in a spelling bee even though we all know if he didn't have the card in front of him he would have no idea how is its spelled, pronounced, or defined.

Thank the Lord COVID is killing off all those evil corporate boomers running their evil empires from their hospices and nursing homes. Once they have been cleared by the virus, maybe the Millennial white knights will be free to give everything away for free as it was meant to be.

Martin, was that insane enough from SF for you to Foe him?
