The most underprepared healthcare system was the Chicoms dude. If you think this came from wet markets, those are also the Chicoms fault. If you honestly think they aren't to blame for this, one way or another, it's because you're a Closet Commie.

JSOC is also exempt from Posse Comitatus under mandate for Counerterrorism

So in the event of breakdown of civil order, the states will send in the Guard

But JSOC can be on overwatch

So if you start looting, there's a good chance your head would be blown off by a Delta or Devgru sniper

The others are also possibilities, but they seem less likely.

To very poor effect, if the British had been fighting the French, the French would have won with ease

Not really, the CIA is not as diabolical as its reputation, it has been largely de-fanged tbh

JSOC has pretty much taken the CIA's jobs from them

The Pentagon is the doing what the CIA used to do, the CIA doesn't have much to do as a result

Bear in mind, the Chinese are not Ten Feet Tall as they are presented by the media

In actual fact the PLA is very corrupt and incompetent

They have a lot of weapons, but with very little operational warfighting experience and institutional knowledge

If it comes to blows, the PLA will get some shots in, but the Pentagon will still mop the floor with them in the end

In all seriousness I’ve worked in places like that for the last 20 years. Pig farms, abbies, chook farms (eggs) and now dairy. I like my job now. The cows have a pretty good life as long as they don’t mind lining up to be milked twice a day. The other places were pretty shit. Hearing pigs screaming knowing they are about to be slaughtered, and seeing chooks peck each other senseless coz they are 4 to a box from baby to death never sat well with me. And I never got how some of the people got off on their suffering.
The abbies never really bothered me but I was down the line. Maybe if I was at the killing end of the chain it would have been different.
And I’m no bleeding heart. I’ll raise things to eat, kill and butcher them myself. As Smitty would say - apex predator. But being a SS guard shoving Jewish people into the ovens isn’t the same.
I’ll always want eggs and bacon for breakfast but not so much when torture and terror is involved.

Never miss an opportunity to find a scapegoat.
I blame the underprepared healthcare systems and bats.
Mostly the bats.

Which meat eaters are the most responsible though? The Chicoms. This would not have happened without the wet markets in the scenario you find to be most likely, and most meat eaters don't eat meat from these wet markets. It wasn't other meat eaters who are at fault, it's the Chicom Wet Market Bat/Pangolin Eaters who are at fault.

It appears there has been a mass inflation of COVID-19 death data. NYC isn't distinguishing who dies with COVID-19 and who dies from COVID-19. Italy is doing the same thing.

Having worked for the government in some capacity my whole life, I can say that it isn't crazy to think that healthcare organizations are inflating their numbers to qualify for the maximum amount of government aid they can get. Education does it all the time.
