We will prevail.
Not necessarily, there is a non zero chance that it will mutate into a Doomsday Bug

So just live in the now

I mean, the protein spikes on the corona are like lock picks

The longer it has time to pick locks, the better it will get at it

This is why the government is more scared than the public

The public thinks they know this bug, but in reality, it could shift gears and round on them with a vengeance

BSL3 : for good reason

It does have an RNA mechanism which repairs it as it goes

So it has a slow mutation rate

But that can actually be more dangerous, that's what HIV does

HIV is basically ebola, slowed down to a crawling pace

Ebola as a result doesn't spread, while HIV is everywhere

This bug could be the perfect killer, because people are not enough afraid of it

The Common Cold is actually diabolical, it's unstoppable, we have simply built up immunity to it

The Super Cold is a scary bug by nature

Okay, here comes the stick, a NJ man has been charged with terrorism for coughing on another person

This is main reason to hunker down, to avoid the government

Is this the guy running around saying he has COVID-19 and coughing on people?

Exactly, he got pissed off, so he told a store employee he was infected, then coughed on them, terroristic threat

Some people don't realize that we are at war right now

I'm fine with the wartime conditions, as long as it doesn't turn into a war against Eastasia. I'm sitting in a pretty good position, essential worker and all that. And the property values are bound to fall, right?

My normal levels of reclusivity are to avoid stupid shit like this, living in a de facto police state

If I get pissed off, I scare people, then they call the cops

So I'm just going to maximum reclusivity right now, because the bug can kill me, and so can the cops

In terms of property, just be sure you don't have to sell into a down market, it will bounce back at some point

I'm renting currently, so I won't have to sell anything right off.
