Literally just posted yesterday. ZERO NEW WALL HAS BEEN BUILT. All the images you see of walls (really fencing) being built were from preexisting projects to replace the dilapidated fencing we already had.
It's a fucking lie that he built new wall anywhere.
Wrong, he working on new wall as we speak. Replacing old fencing is not nothing either, it's better border security. You're just impatient.
Bullshit. Even Donald Trump himself admitted he is not building any new wall just two weeks ago:
The WALL, which is already under construction in the form of new renovation of old and existing fences and walls, will continue to be built.
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) September 14, 2017
You are fucking delusional.
He's not building that fucking wall.
That was 2 years ago, dumbass. Long before he got his funding. Your information is two years out of date.
It's not 2017 anymore. At least I know what year it is, talk about delusional.

“We started building our wall,” he said in Ohio on March 30. “I’m so proud of it. We started. We started. We have $1.6 billion, and we’ve already started. … We have $1.6 billion toward the wall, and we’ve done the planning.”
By contrast, Republican Rep. Jim Jordan, founder of the House Freedom Caucus, said of the omnibus bill, “The one thing we don’t fund is the one issue we all campaigned on — a border security wall — and that is not in the legislation.”
And here’s House Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi’s version of what the bill does: “Democrats won explicit language restricting border construction to the same see-through fencing that was already authorized under current law.”
Those seemingly conflicting statements may lead to some confusion. One of our readers asked, “Has Trump started building the wall between USA & Mexico?”
The short answer is that the omnibus bill funds some new fencing, though far less than Trump had hoped it would. The new barriers are also not the kind of solid, concrete wall Trump once described during the campaign. Nor is it anything like any of the prototypes Trump visited in mid-March.
Trump and others in his administration are calling what is going up “the wall.” The omnibus describes it as “fencing.” Some may say that’s a matter of semantics, and indeed many officials and journalists use the terms interchangeably. But Trump has often insisted there is a difference between a fence and wall, and that he’d be building a wall.
Finally, Trump officials say the omnibus will fund about 100 miles of “new” wall, but most of that is replacing existing border fencing deemed inadequate or dilapidated.
Let’s take a deeper look at what the bill does and does not fund for barriers along the border with Mexico. And then let’s dig deeper into what Trump promised.
https://www.factcheck.org/2018/04/has-t ... all-begun/
Show me the new wall (not replaced fencing).
Bearing in mind the bill for the "wall" neither funds an actual wall or the building of much new fencing that does not already exist.
There are no building permits. There are no contracts for new walls. It's just replacing existing fences, dude. It's 100 miles only and only replacing some of the fencing that was already there. That's not a fucking border wall.

450 miles of non-replacement wall by 2020 dude, it's under construction as we speak. You're just impatient.

The Dems in anything that isn't a deep blue district shouldn't worry about being primary'd by the far left, supporting impeachment in any swing districts is going to give the Republican they are running against a huge gift. The far left has won no house elections outside of deep blue territory.
I wouldn't be that worried about a far left candidate winning a primary in a swing district anyway, and it's not worth sabotaging their general election chances to stave off a threat that has little chance of beating them.
They already are being primaried. Winning or losing ain't the issue. Getting a primary challenge means money, staff, time all dedicated going away from the general. It also let's the opposition sit back and scout for weakness. Take a look at Dem Congressman in Trump districts many of them do support the inquiry they are trying to play the same balancing act as Pelosi is. And if Biden goes down that could open the floodgates for these far lefties to push forward and even Leeroy Jenkins some of these districts.
The primaries are coming for the non-far left candidates regardless of whether they support impeachment or not, caving won't save them from that fate. Any republican supporting impeachment is going get primary'd as well, so that balancing act isn't going to save them either. If they are worried about primaries empowering their political enemies is not the way to stave that off.
It's just incompetence clubby, there is no logic at play here.
Not talking about Republicans they don't have this pressure. Right now a majority of the Democrats caucus is far left and for impeachment. The rest of them either ain't with it or are dragging their feet. That far left contingent either doesn't care or know that impeachment is a dead end it riles up the base and that is all that matters. They already are primaried some of these guys. It is one thing when you primary an empty seat or a vulnerable candidate of the other party that can be a force multiplier but an incumbent having to field a motivated and funded campaign from your own flank is debilitating.

He doesn't need a bill, he can appropriate the funds from discretionary spending, SCOTUS said so. Try to keep up, it's not 2017 anymore.

Oh well, he may not build the wall, but at least he got rid of the swamp.
(On the serious side, though, he did win a little respect by at least not rushing to war with Iran, like Bolton wanted him to. )
Fame is not flattery. Respect is not agreement.

Good to hear you disagree with murdering innocent people in terror attacks, but I am a little concerned you idolized people who do.
It's only ok for Monty to disagree with methods while supporting aims. People can't support Trump's aims of a secure border or low unemployment because Trump makes silly tweets. Lefty hypocrite exposes himself once again.

White House claims the fence will cost 8-25 million USD per mile. Which would average out to around 16.5 million per mile.
https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/20 ... lion-mile/
So for 400 miles of actually new border wall (that is not funded by the dumbass bill this dumbass signed), he needs at least 6 billion dollars
The 2020 discretionary funds amount is $1.426 trillion.
It breaks down as follows:
Dept of Defense $750
HHS $89.6
Education $62.0
VA $93.1
Homeland Security $51.7
Energy Dept $31.7
HUD $37.6
State Dept $42.8
NASA $21.0
All Other Agencies $246.5
Which agency is he going to deprive of funding to build the wall?

Those goalposts sure moved a whole lot. First it was "there is no new wall", now it's "how dare he pay for the wall". Do you want the wall or not? Make up your mind.
Personally, if I were Trump, I'd take it out of Education, HUD and Defense. $6 billion ain't shit.
