Parliament hasn't decided squat, they keep kicking the can down the road, hoping to somehow cling to EU membership. BoJo ain't asking for an extension, you're leaving. If Boris refuses to ask for an extension he will be held in contempt of court and face 2 years in jail.

1) Cave and ask for an extension
2) Resign
3) Be found dead in a ditch
