I understand more than you do, my friend teaches this. You are nothing but a hack and you refuse to comprehend that you don't understand the bare-bones basics of such a skill that these two are showing.

Even with all the feinting, the kicks are still telegraphed as fuck far too often, and they hang around off balance in striking distance far too often in order to open up opportunities for the telegraphed spinning shit. Throw grappling into the mix and makes for easy takedowns on top of being easy to hit. It also is not energy efficient and the needless movement leads to quicker gassing.

Too much dancing, not enough fighting. Caporeira is not a base for effective fighting, it's a complementary tool at best.
