It helps with footwork and co-ordination, but doesn't turn them into a fighter. You need actual training to be a good fighter, ballet is merely supplemental at best, not unlike gymnastics for example.
You demonstrated that you know fuck all about physical training, especially bodyweight strength training.
A professional ballet chick has enough leg strength and explosiveness to kick your spamfaggot head in.
If she ever learned how to kick, instead of just mime a kick and hold it in midair, then maybe. Might want to learn how to fight first though. Ain't no untrained ballet chick going to kick my ass, if I actually tried instead of taking it easy on her.
TBH I can't even kick anyone in the head unless they duck into it, but I can sure as fuck outwrestle a chick who doesn't even know what a takedown is, or has never rolled in her life. I probably hit harder and take a better punch than someone who doesn't know how to punch either or take one either, no matter how much ballet they do, that ain't going to change.

You just do not know much about how strength and skill training works. Certain training has carry over into other tasks. A ballet dancer's training is so close to a fighter's where it comes to kicking, her carry over from ballet to kicking is very high. Furthermore, because she trains far more than the average amateur fighter, that carry over likely surpasses his ability.

I am aware of the fighting crossover, but there is not enough of it, to kick my ass with no grappling or punching ability. She ain't beating any amateur fighters either. Just ballet does not make you a fighter, especially if you're a woman.

We are not talking about punching and grappling. We are talking about kicking, and ballet dancers are the elite of bodyweight strength in the lower body.

Yes it will aid with kicking. The more meaningful gains are in footwork and coordination though, once you actually learn how to fight.
Yes a ballet dancer is going to be a better kicker than me, sure, for all the good that would do her in a fight with nothing but ballet training.
I never made the claim ballet doesn't help fighters fight better, I simply made the claim that ballet alone won't beat a karate champion, especially when the ballet dancer is a chick and the karate champion is a dude.

My work is done here.
I never claimed otherwise. I claimed a female ballet dancer can't out kick a male karate champion. Try to keep up.
I suck at kicking, it's one of the big reasons I quit karate back when I was a kid. My flexibility is trash.
