Bake the flattened doughnut mixture in advance add coulis, cheese and toppings then flash under a hot grill to brown it off.
Fine dining, food theatre restaurants would love it. Michelin star territory.
I really want to try making one now.

Not if you use a layer of strawberry puree topped with icing. Donut dough.
