You'll need to compare the rates of days off due to food poisoning between those who eat pack ups and those who eat school canteen food.

Also, if you can show me the temp control sheets filled out by parents and compare them to the schools.

The Federal Government is 25% in the hole right now on a budget basis -- that is, it is spending 25% more than it can afford.
