I am a big hippy against mega corps, especially big Ag. These corporations are like the East India Trading Co. attempting to monopolize food production. They have most of the produce, chicken and pork, they are going after beef, but are finding the cattlemen far more independent are difficult to deal with.
We need to use the craft brew model on agriculture and bring back as much production as we can locally.
Give the plebs the corporate stuff, and we can afford the better produced shit. There will always be expensive, boutique products available. Win/Win. One of the glories of markets... consumer choice... if you got the dosh.
