The planet is getting more crowded all the time, but population density and footprint are not the problems. The problems are feeding and dealing with the waste products of our global population. The US is in extremely good shape that way. I'd like to see a 0-1% pop growth policy in the US.

I am a big hippy against mega corps, especially big Ag. These corporations are like the East India Trading Co. attempting to monopolize food production. They have most of the produce, chicken and pork, they are going after beef, but are finding the cattlemen far more independent are difficult to deal with.

We need to use the craft brew model on agriculture and bring back as much production as we can locally.
