Their efforts to get states to give their electoral votes to the popular vote winner could have an impact coupled with their ground game(vote fraud)
They are not going to 270 by 2020 if at all. Also its unconstitutional.

I'm on the lookout for Dems win in 2020 hot takes with any merit, they really don't have much to work with from what I've seen. Early polling before the Democrat candidates take any major hits from the primary, that's about it.

Sounds like your mind reading skills could use some work.

Democrats have known about Creepy Uncle Joe for a while, all indications are that they don't care like people on this forum care. Biden wouldn't have such a commanding lead over the rest of the field and never would have announced knowing he was dead in the water, if the views of this forum were reflected in the views of Democrat primary voters. Yet he has that big lead, and he did announce, despite all the Creepy Uncle Joe shit already being out there, so clearly Biden believes they don't care and all indications back up the assumption that he is correct about that.

I ain't try to convince myself, I am trying to convince people who are blinded by their dislike of Biden into thinking everyone else must not like Biden for the same reasons that they don't, even when reality clearly doesn't reflect that wishful thinking.
Blah, blah, blah, no one is paying attention right now. Name recognition, name recognition, name recognition, you sound like the Carlin forum in '07 or '15 about Hillary. Everybody likes Biden until they find someone else. There is 3 other times where that has happened.
Hillary won in 2016, it wasn't even close, there is no Obama in the Democrat field to derail Biden in 2020, and in 2016 there was no Obama to derail Clinton. If it wasn't for Obama, Hillary would have been POTUS.

If Biden chokes, it will be a self inflicted wound, not Obama 2.0 coming along. If the Democrats even have an Obama waiting in the wings, they are keeping their powder dry until 2024, and Biden doesn't have to worry about them.
That's like leaving a 3 year old with a gobstopper and blaming them for choking. I'll be surprised if he doesn't, he may not even make it to Iowa.

According to you Biden is the belle of the ball, and Democrats don't care about any hits he'll take, that'll will be baked into the cake.

He could totally choke, might even happen before Iowa, but the lack of competition makes it harder to choke, even for Biden.

Swing voters will care about the new shit, that will doom the gaffemaster, especially once Trump is back in full on campaign mode and concentrating fire. Partisan Democrats are baked into the cake though, just as Partisan Republicans are baked into the cake, thats captain obvious shit, why would you even question that?

Democrats don't look for Merit. They like smooth talkers and relative unknowns. They haven't elected a well known politician to the Whitehouse since 1964. Mayor Buttigeg best fits the bill, but he has a lot of work to do.

Biden would have to fuck more than any Dem nominee has in decades to lose the Partisan Demohacks. Like he would have to pull a Gary Hart.

Buttigieg aint Obama, he aint Bill Clinton either. Democrats only like those candidates when its a quality candidate, Buttigieg doesnt fit that bill, or he is playing possum for some weird reason. The messenger matters.
