Funny how that works ... the masses decide they’re entitled to some form of labor ... and people providing said labor go elsewhere.

It’s almost like nobody wants to be systemically undervalued or work for free.

It's compounding, because what doctors there are available, are simply overworked.

The family doctors are saying "sorry, but I'm not willing to work anymore hours than I am now, this is crazy, I can't work every moment of every day for Public Healthcare"

Canada was a willing sidekick in Iraq, air and naval forces were deployed in support.

The Canadian Army simply did not have the equipment to participate.

Same reason Canada didn't send ground forces in the first Gulf War.

Only because the Canadians were pathetically equipped and lacked numbers to secure their flanks.

Basically, even tho Kandahar was a very minor mission in American terms, Canada simply bit off more than it could chew with its military not equipped to handle it.
