It takes time though.
You can't buy time.
Don’t need to buy time.
Or gravity.
Or sunlight.
If you need time but can't buy it you have to wait.
Or use steel.
Old wood forests are rare, to find the kind that would be able to handle the pressure of such things... steel may be better, but it's ugly.

Nothing wrong with a bit of peaceful protesting.
Except for all the people who rely on those trains to get to work. Or for the guy whose truck it is that now has people glued to the driveshaft. Or for the people who get to to work or take their kids to school because the road is blocked with peaceful protesters.

These protests to more harm than good to their cause.

So yes, there are things wrong with a bit of peaceful protesting. Unless you are one of those that doesn't need to take kids to school or go to work. In that case you would see nothing wrong with it.

When protesters put tape on revenue collection traffic cams he called them terrorists. I am starting to think to Monty the difference between protester and terrorist is who he votes for.

No one got hurt, no one deliberately drove into a crowd of people.
No buildings or cars were set on fire.
A few people were slightly inconvenienced.

If you've got to protest, that's how you should do it.

Ultimately pointless of course.
Gotta chase ever-increasing GDPs or the whole rotten system falls down so a few protests ain't changing policies.

Nothing wrong with peaceful protests though...

Guess you've never worked a job with a strict time schedule, eh?

My old roommate (long ago) worked in a machine shop that ran 3 shifts - he was expected to be there at 7am every day (M-F) because the guy before him was packing his tools up and getting ready to leave at 6:45. Lost time=lost production=lost profit. Three times late in a rolling 90day period, you were fired - no excuses. Getting caught up and delayed by a "peaceful protest" that blocks the roads and delays you? Not an excuse - you're fired... Guess that's just a "slight inconvenience" eh?

You have a heart attack, 911 is called, but the ambulance is delayed getting to you, or getting you to the hospital, because of the "peaceful protestors" blocking the road somewhere. Dying is just a " slight inconvenience" I guess, right?

Comparing it to violence at other protests doesn't equal nothing wrong. You know this, yet you try and muddy the waters by bringing up unrelated events. This is another Liberal game. Point out that something is wrong and they go "oh yeah, well it's ok to steal because it's not like anyone was murdered. So yeah, see, stealing is ok because it's not murder".

So yeah, still things wrong with peaceful protests when they involve screwing with the lives of those trying to work for a living or give their kids an education.

You are such a dishonest hack bitch.

So you're saying, free speech is only for Nazi pugs and football hooligans turned fascist.
Environmental protesters don't get to have the right and I'm the dishonest hack bitch.

Environmental protestors have the right to free speech, but they aren't only using their free speech, the things they are doing unrelated to free speech, that is the problem, not the free speech. Stop with the idiotic strawmen.
