No because women will want to win eventually. Subaru didn't account for the the 30 year evolved Tiger Wood in his scenario. So really he just said that female sports is 30 years behind the men. There is a reason there are segregated sports despite the fantasy that milspecs wants to believe. Testosterone vs Estrogen produce different humans. Thems the breaks.

Couldn't agree more...………… but that's not what were are told is, there is nothing a man can do, that a woman can't do. We are equal.
I’ve spent this thread stating that we’re not the same physically. When you start extrapolating that to things that don’t have much to do with gender, that makes no sense. It makes me think you just haven’t spent much time around accomplished women and that’s a shame.

So you got the typical guys who grew up doing physical things and the typical women who didn’t. Is it a surprise that the women would be thrilled that they finally had an opportunity to accomplish something physical?

Thank god things are changing.
Happy International Womens Day Mil Specs!

I have no idea what the background of the individuals have been. There have been some fairly obese men and women in it. There is a short questionaire on physical demands of the course. And everyone in it affirmed they could do what was required.

I'm not the type of person who wants to assume things about a persons background. I was merely presenting, demonstrating and evaluating course material in a non gender identified manner to humans who I take as equally able to take in the information and perform the tasks.

The performance metrics show an imbalance in the performance between humans that self identified as male and female and there was a noted difference in emotional reaction to the completion of trained tasks.
If you have daughters then it’s your job to make sure that physical activity isn’t something new to them. Especially if your wife wasn’t an athlete. Husband used to tell the girls to get up and shake it off, so they grew up not afraid to get hurt. They went back in after recovering from injuries. I just wish I’d encouraged them to try more outdoor activities.

Youngest Daughter, Public Affairs Journalist in the US Army, basketball freak plays on local leagues.

Both hike, fish, camp, a little hunting, go shooting, change their own oil in their vehicles. As children they were required to go on forced marches with the old man leading the way, they had to pack their own camp gear and choose what to take and then ruck it. We'd go on day hikes and I'd require them at lunch time to build a fire with what was available around them and cook a cup of tea at min.

The oldest is engaged to a good man. Hard working millennial, runs his own metal fab business. Taught himself to weld on YouTube...……… Zero student debt, money in the bank.

The youngest is available. Nuke will have to pass muster with her, then mom, then me.

Those girls both chose the military themselves. But I steered them in their job selection. The oldest was enlisted first and was a generator mechanic. Of the jobs we looked at that was at the bottom of my list, but she liked it. Then she got her business degree and branched Logistics, she will thrive at that.

The youngest first MOS was Radio repair, got assigned to an Infantry Batt. Then she found Public Affairs, that was perfect for her. Matches her personality.

My POV was to get them into jobs where they could excel, and as self sufficient and physically well rounded as they are, that wasn't a job with big demands of physicality and aggresive attitude. It was about setting them up for success for themselves, their peers and team.

Well done. I have one launched and the other in the process.

Congratulations on the engagement!

Make Daddy time.

Take her out one on one and Tom Boy her up. Don't be afraid, you really can't over do it. Do it when they are young because as soon as they are teens it's harder and harder to get her to do shit like that.
