This is a softball for Trump. Before this is over, the Dems are going to be begging for air time for rebuttal. I think he'll do a television event and speak directly to the American people. He has set this up pretty good by being in the Whitehouse through Christmas, the Dems going to Puerto Rico, etc, etc.
