Re: THE ERA OF TRUMP
The best thing we could do to make up for the good or bad we did in Latin America is stay in Syria and eventually see Regime Change. Plus we probably need some more Regime change in the Middle East and Latin America. In 2009 we were behind some nice Regime Change in Honduras, now we have Honduran migrants at the border.
The most recent Regime Change is the best Regime Change. Congress and the 17 Intelligence Agencies will get on Corporate Media and tell you why the current Regime Change is the best Regime Change.

We propped up dictators because we didn't want to occupy.....it was the most cost-effective way to keep commies at bay.
And that was 35+ years ago...Holy fucking shit.....how long do a people need to be free to stop blaming us for their own failures?

Absolutely not, never again. We can set up incentives and freeze out the bad guys, but that's it. That said, it's pathetic that Americans don't even know our history in Latin America.C-Mag wrote: ↑Thu Dec 27, 2018 1:34 pmThe best thing we could do to make up for the good or bad we did in Latin America is stay in Syria and eventually see Regime Change. I'm with you. I think we need a serious reset in foreign policy, and I think Trump is the guy to do it...……. only Nixon could go to China type thing.
I am spreading this idea that Trump needs to issue withdraw orders and give Congress the first quarter of 2019, to debate the wars and either declare War or we come home.
What's your opinion on that idea ?

I hope he stumbles on a solution and doesn't do anything to screw it up if he does.C-Mag wrote: ↑Thu Dec 27, 2018 2:14 pmI'm with you. I think we need a serious reset in foreign policy, and I think Trump is the guy to do it...……. only Nixon could go to China type thing.

Re: THE ERA OF TRUMP
Based on the last 30 years the standards are really fucking low. Bush 43 had us in 2 wars in 3 years, only to be outdone by Obama, who successfully was behind Regime Change in Honduras in 2009, supported regime change in Egypt in 2010, headed the Regime Change in Libya in 2011, and immediately used that as a springboard for regime change in Syria with the full support of the Gang of Eight and great guys like John McCain going to Syria to hand over illegal weapons.MilSpecs wrote: ↑Thu Dec 27, 2018 2:28 pmI hope he stumbles on a solution and doesn't do anything to screw it up if he does.C-Mag wrote: ↑Thu Dec 27, 2018 2:14 pmI'm with you. So, Trump is looking really, really Fucking Good right now.
Do you think a Bi-Partisan effort by us peasants could get started to force Congress to do their duty on War Powers. Hell, we can sell it as putting Trump in check, ' He's a Mad Man'.

I dunno, expecting Congress to do its job might be a step too far.

What i'm hearing you say is, I think wars without end are bad, but I don't care enough to really talk about it.

Re: THE ERA OF TRUMP
I don’t know what I can say about it. Presidents aren’t supposed to declare war, we’re not supposed to fight endless wars, no one seems to care enough to do anything about it. The American public is so poorly educated that they have no idea what precipitated all these Central Americans who’ve illegally entered the country over the years and think a reality show star can solve something he in all likelihood knows little about and has less interest in, excepting how the situation benefits him personally. And the multinational corporations who caused all of this get away with it, generation after generation, with no one ever being held to account.
