Restrict the vote with a voting tax - that's the answer.

Voting tax totally constitutional - Constitution originally limited voting to land owners - the progressive changed this by duping the people in to believing that society was changing to the point where most people didn't own land anymore because we were transitioning away from an agrarian society.

Voting tax would reinstate the guard against proles voting.

I'd rather see a simple qualifying test. Some arithmetic, some civics, and some current events. No voting if you can't find Ukraine & Venezuela on a map. You'd be surprised how many people couldn't tell you the number of senators.

My favorite often posted clip from the early 90's is that the majority of polled Americans didn't know the earth goes around the sun once a year. We actually warm up a little at the point in our solar orbit farthest from the Sun because that is the northern hemisphere's summer, most of the land mass is in the northern hemisphere, and continents radiate heat more than oceans.

There is even solar radiation inequality.
