Here's the problem with regulations like all this environmental stuff. It can have good intentions, but over time regulations increasingly benefit big organizations, business, governments, etc. Because these organizations have the resources to get inside and make the regulations favor them. They have the resources to hire scientist and experts to put our reports that favor their position.

Tobacco companies are a prime example. They had their doctors and scientists putting out research that smoking was good for you, and they publicized that. But, the bullshit eventually comes to an end. This is why it's good to be a skeptic.

Don't blow coal smoke up my ass and tell me it's all sunshine and rainbows in China.
