Yes, it's the media outlet which bankrolls that commie bastard Tommy (not his real name) Robinson. Known for its rational unbiased opinions and anti-globalist policies of not engaging in international politics and finance.C-Mag wrote: ↑Wed Dec 12, 2018 10:33 amBjornP wrote: ↑Wed Dec 12, 2018 1:52 amI assume The Rebel is some sort of American, rabidly Marxist, anti-capitalist rag? Why else whine about coal being "phased out"? Retrain coal miners for some other mining industry, then. Did they get up in arms over McD digitalizing and automating more of their business, too?
Also, the UN "elites".. are called presidents and prime ministers and no climate agreement is binding to members who don't accept to be bound by it. The UN is not some global version of the EU.
I believe the Rebel is a Canadian media outlet. IMO, UN Elites is accurate. The UN has been bought by the Global Mercantilists.
I don't know about McD's. The reason I post it is because what I'm seeing is an ever increasing rejection for Globalism. If these indicators don't mean anything to you, cool.

It was a nice attempt, but you need to develop your own style here.
In any case, is not a Canadian alternative media company purchasing content from a British national the very definition of international trade? I do not think they ate anti-trade, just anti-offshoring, but I do not really watch their channel.

The UN has non business attacking Poland's production and use of coal while they sit silently and watch nearly uncontrolled coal use in China and India. It's asinine to punish well regulated and clean coal production and sit idly buy while other countries use coal with no controls.

Demand for coal-fired power in China is slowing due to their manufacturing industries declining in output and renewable sources replacing coal.
As elsewhere, the Chinese coal lobby is putting pressure on the government to reverse its policy of closing coal-fired power stations.

Here's the problem with regulations like all this environmental stuff. It can have good intentions, but over time regulations increasingly benefit big organizations, business, governments, etc. Because these organizations have the resources to get inside and make the regulations favor them. They have the resources to hire scientist and experts to put our reports that favor their position.
Tobacco companies are a prime example. They had their doctors and scientists putting out research that smoking was good for you, and they publicized that. But, the bullshit eventually comes to an end. This is why it's good to be a skeptic.
Don't blow coal smoke up my ass and tell me it's all sunshine and rainbows in China.
