Where do you draw the line? You stop at the pizza place and ask for two slices and a large soda... Oops, sorry, we've outlawed straws so no straw for you. Oh yeah, and the "large" soda can't be more than 16oz, it's for your own good. And no 2nd slice, that's too many calories and we've made it illegal to sell you more than one slice to combat obesity... all "For your own good" of course. The pizza shop will be fined if they sell you a 20oz soda or that 2nd slice, or heaven forbid give you a straw for that soda.
