I think the jails are not full of false accusers, because I don’t think false accusation is easy to prove. I could falsely accuse anyone of assaulting me at a gas station 30 years ago. Even if you managed to prove your whereabouts and therefore your innocence I could just say “Well, that’s how I remember it. I guess I could be wrong, but to my recollection you were the assailant”.

Did I falsely accuse you, or mistakenly accuse the wrong person?

You are confused about what the state must prove.

The state did not have to prove Martha Stewart knowingly committed insider trading in order to lock her up for lying to the police. They needed only to prove her statements to law enforcement contained lies.

We already know this woman's statements are packed with lies, such as "I cannot fly in airplanes", such and such persons were present at the party, etc.

If you lied to the authorities they would charge you. But when women lie about sexual assault to ruin men or gain advantages in various things, they get a free pass. Suddenly it's very difficult to prove somebody lied.

My secret knowledge is a fucked experience of having to REPEATEDLY prove a woman was lying (proving my innocence instead of the other way around) and then watching that bitch free to walk out of court every God damned time to repeat it again in 30 days with some new baseless allegation.
