This is also a slippery slope too... if you read between the lines he is also making an excuse that there is no such thing as illegal aliens. So Immigration laws may become superfluous. If the liberals wish to make a case for it based off of this potential ruling.Speaker to Animals wrote: Thu Aug 02, 2018 11:18 pm This is genius:

But they didn’t,” his defense lawyer, Samuel Jacobson, argued in Brooklyn federal court. “There is no suggestion that there was a concept of ‘illegal alien’ and no suggestion that if you were from a foreign country, you couldn’t bear arms.”
Brooklyn federal prosecutors are furious the case has been allowed to move forward. They argue that Perez has zero Second Amendment rights because he came to the U.S. illegally.
“Those who don’t have legal status here have an interest in defying law enforcement. They have an interest in not maintaining a stable residence or registering a firearm,” [Assistant U.S. Attorney Tanya Hajjar] argued in court

I built an oil drum wood stove, pretty much the same thing, and if you are going to try this. Definitely think about putting in a door. It's super easy. The way I did mine, was I layed out my rectangle and my hinges. Then I used an angle grinder with a cut off wheel and cut along my line where the hinges went first. Then I drilled and installed hinges. Then cut out the rest of the door which was already attached to the hinges. Added a simple latch mechanism and it was done.Hastur wrote: Fri Aug 03, 2018 12:41 am Or build your own from an old oil drum.
