Re: Fitness Thread
I have to find a neck exercise that doesn't get me dizzy. I feel like I need to get more flexibility in my neck, but most of the neck exercises get me dizzy
I have a motion sickness problem that's only getting worse as I get older

Re: Fitness Thread
The last places I have to work on with respect to the chronic pain are my neck, shoulders, and hips. I have a shoulder impingement and a nagging ankle injury to work on as well.
Shoulders are coming along really well lately with respect to rehabbing the chronic pain issues (impingement is getting better because of the rings as well).
I know how to work with the hips so it's just a matter of programming that in.
The neck.. no idea how to fix it.
I do know now that, when you encounter something like this, you should NOT simply avoid doing those exercises to keep from having pain. The pain means you are weak in terms of strength, mobility, or just plain conditioning. You have to master your body; don't let your body master your mind with this shit. It's obstinate and lazy to the point of self-destruction.
All my muscles still seize up and crackle if I don't break them down all the time. The disease is still there, but I just keep it at bay by constantly breaking down the knots.

Would one of these help you out in addition to the exercise?

I have 12 screws and a plate in my right ankle so that thing's never quite right. I agree that you have to work thought the pain

I suspect a cycle of human growth hormone can fix a lot of joint and tendon issues.
I have a feeling that, in the future, people will do regular doctor-administered cycles of HGH after their forties, probably every five years or so.
Hormone replacement therapy will be default after the fifties as well.
No point in aging if you do not have to.

Thinking about trying Nutrabol myself. One ten week supply is about $90.
It's not anything as strong as straight-up HGH, but it doesn't have the bad side effects either. It just causes your body to produce a lot more HGH at night.
Honestly, I don't think you really have to age right now. I guarantee you that people like Tom Cruise are on this shit similar to how I described. That's why he ages well. I don't know if this would work for women, though. They age like shit no matter what it seems.

Have you all seen about this vascular supplement to open blood flow through the lymph nodes in the neck to the brain? Looks like Viagra for the brain.

I know of a few nootropics, but nothing like that.
