So Trump just reverses his policy:
So, Kids will stay with families now and your still not happy ? Is that Fucking right ?

Bush and Obama upheld this policy for over a decade. It becomes an issue in the Trump admin and in 3 damn days its' fixed.

Penner, wouldn't you say based on that Trump is great and far more effective than his predecessors.

Another week in the Trump administration...

Can't say it's boring.
I can't say that it's not boring. BUT it's an existential nightmare, for many. While your country has legalized weed:
Canadian lawmakers approved landmark legislation on Tuesday to fully legalize marijuana.

The move will make Canada the second country in the world to legalize cannabis for both medical and recreational purposes nationwide. Uruguay was the first to fully legalize the drug.

Bill C-45, also known as the Cannabis Act, was first introduced on April 13, 2017, in a bid to legalize and regulate the recreational use of weed. The bill passed in the House of Commons that November and then passed in the Senate on Tuesday night by a vote of 52-29, with two abstentions.

Medicinal use of the drug has been legal in Canada since 2001.

It seems like this is simply collateral damage from the "zero tolerance" move...

It's not even the detaining that got the most heat from, but the part of forcibly tearing children from their parents (and to make things worse he did that as a political tool as well). AND this is going to lead to lawsuits as well (at least one has already been reported to be in the process of happening). Yeah, this is going to have negative effects for years to come, IMO.
A Guatemalan mother who crossed the border illegally in May with her 7-year-old son has sued the Trump administration, accusing officials of forcibly taking away her child as punishment for coming to the U.S. to seek asylum.

In the lawsuit filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, the Guatemalan mother, Beata Mariana de Jesus Mejia-Mejia, describes being taken to a holding cell with her son after being apprehended by Border Patrol agents on May 19 near San Luis, Arizona.

The 39-year-old woman told the agents she was escaping severe violence in Guatemala and death threats, including death threats by her husband against her and her son, according to a copy of the lawsuit, first reported by The Daily Mail.

But it doesn't seem like Trump set out to separate kids from their parents as part of the policy...

Or am I getting it wrong?
Yeah, you got the part about "Trump didn't set out to separate kids from their parents" bit wrong, IMO. Trump DID set out to separate kids from their parents as some kind of political maneuver which failed since he literally had his own party literally trying to dodge the political suicide (well at least their political suicide) for the upcoming Mid-Terms, for Trump to end it and also his very own Ivanka told him it also looked bad as well:
Mr Trump said his daughter, Ivanka, had told him the situation with the families looks bad, one politician said.

I'm presuming the 39y/o Guatemalan "mother" has all the documentation to prove in a court of law she is actually the mother of said child (her identification papers, the child's birth certificate, etc)?? I mean, after all, she could be a complete stranger smuggling said child across the border for sex trafficking or something... What proof is there otherwise? Or do we just "believe women" because women "never lie"?

Another wave of child trafficking incoming off of this move. Just like last time. This is why feckless cunts like milspecs and penner don't have any business voting.

A DNA test can easliy confrimed she is the mother and/or a birth certificate as well.

This shows that they are not really concerned about the plight of the immigrants or solving the problem of illegal immigration for the US or for the immigrants. The illegals are just another tool to be used by the left in their never-ending quest to bash Trump because they are still butt-hurt Hillary didn't win.

Let's say DNA shows she is likely the mother (or at least a close relative).

So what? She still has to go to jail. Do we send the child to jail with her??

You never answer this question. How are we supposed to "keep families intact" when the parents committed a crime and have to go to jail? Do you think you have a special right to commit crimes and not be separated from your children?

Penner, Monte, Mil, GCF all need to answer this. No ducks, dodges or strawmen. Tell the rest of us how this should be handled.

The answer is simple - she's not a criminal, thus, they both should be given government housing, free healthcare, and an EBT card. :D

It's not a Trump policy.

http://amp.dailycaller.com/2018/06/16/d ... nt-crisis/
Democratic Texas Rep. Henry Cuellar admitted Saturday that the Obama administration attempted to cover up the child migrant crisis occurring at the Southern border.

WATCH:

“It was kept very quiet under the Obama administration. There were large numbers of people coming in. The Obama administration was trying to keep this quiet,” Cuellar told CNN’s Fredricka Whitfield.

Whitfield displayed a 2014 image of migrant children held in cages at a detention center, and Cuellar said that he released similar photos of children separated from their parents.

Cuellar added that the number of children being held at the border right now is similar to the amount during the Obama administration.

“We still see the numbers,” he said, adding that “not all of them are being separated. Some of them are coming alone.”

“Keep in mind that, under the law, you can separate a child if that person — the adult — is not the real parent or the custodian, because sometimes we see situations where they’ll bring a child because they know of the policy that we have over here with children.”

Cuellar scrutinized the zero-tolerance policy for separation, suggesting criminal adult immigrants have previously taken advantage of it.
The practice to separate the children from the parents is so they won't have to live shut up with adult criminals. Look at the Flores settlement from 1997. It's actually originally an Ehrmagad!!!!!! Think of the CHILDREN!!!!!! practice.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reno_v._Flores

We're coming full circle. Media-induced child abuse for political points. Disgusting.

Discussed this with the 10-year old yesterday. Asked him what we should do with people that come here illegally. (No other prompting from me)

He said that we should put them on probation, and keep the families together until we find out who they are and they go through process.

Sounds pretty simple to me. Issue ankle bracelets, and let them go until we can either accept or reject them.
