Are you denying your bias? You said it's already happened that all cops are bad. How is that being biased against the cops. Police have changed. When I was a child, cops didn't enforce every last law with violence. Something like this would have involved confiscation and a warning.
The goal used to be keeping the peace and maintaining order. They did not need to arrest this brat to do that. In any case, this behavior was enabled by adults. The people responsible are the parents. They created this little monster.

Remember that these idiots were just last week defending sentencing a man with no attorney to die in a muslim prison because he recorded the outside of a court where the government was covering up decades of muslim rape gangs raping thousands of young girls.
