You can tell who never saw the Grand Canyon. If you saw that fucking thing, the notion that the river will suddenly disappear in a few years is beyond laughable.

I could imagine increased human consumption using up most of the water, but that consumption includes generating electricity.

All I know is that is hasn't stopped raining for weeks off and on and my state has a water surplus. Maybe people and cities shouldn't be located in deserts.
