The point is that, as an Amazon consumer, I don't really care if Seattle, or Amazon, or anyone else uses the money I pay for the service wisely. I think the service is worth the cost, and will keep paying for it of my own volition.
This isn't about your relationship with Amazon. This is about Seattle taking cash from Amazon and throwing it in the garbage. Stunned that you support government waste. Truly shocked.
You are right, this isn't about my relationship to Amazon, it is about risk tolerance. Government spending has risk, but the cost per consumer is slight enough that I think our risk tolerance can be pretty high.
Or not. We can get all wrapped around the axle of taxes are theft, or government waste in Seattle, or any other number of moralizing complaints.
HAIL!
Her needs America so they won't just take his shit away like in some pussy non gun totting countries can happen.

It's okay to take my money to waste it because it's only a small amount? This isn't about Seattle possibly wasting it. We already know they WILL waste it. It's a known factor in this equation. You are literally supporting stealing money from people so Seattle can increase their homeless population. Brilliant idea!
Why are all the Gods such vicious cunts? Where's the God of tits and wine?

If black people's communities were being destroyed imagine how much money Amazon would be doling out right now. Wake up modern post modern bohemians. Your way of life is going extinct and you have NO friends in the government. Only your fellow White, extended, family cares about you and is willing to cut for you! NO ONE ELSE

HM’s succinct interpretation and summary of Adam Smith’s A Wealth of Nations
Capitalism, y’all!
Labour was the first price, the original purchase - money that was paid for all things. It was not by gold or by silver, but by labour, that all wealth of the world was originally purchased.
Adam Smith was a communist.
All money is a matter of belief.
And a Keynesian!

Or we could review facts, look at the history of Seattle government spending, look at the long term effects of various “affordable housing” plans, evaluate the results of a billion dollars already spent to “fight homelessness”, observe the reactions of hundreds of employers to another tax for policies that have failed - and try to draw rational conclusions from that data set.
Or, you know - just keep winging it based on our feelings and acting like Ana bunch of infantile victims of cirmstance when the truth is we exist within a socio-political framework of our own making.
Both approaches have their proponents in this thread.

I am literally supporting paying for a service provided by Amazon, and tolerating the risk of investing in affordable housing.
We already know that they HAVE wasted money. We LITERALLY can not know what WILL happen without consulting the Tarot.

You managed to improve on the ridiculousness of the summary I wrote for you. Kudos.

The decline is directly proportionate to the deterioration of our Race. The collapse of Rome is attributed to a thousand different scholastic theories because THEY IGNORE what the contemporaries have KNOWN. You cannot talk about it in """Modern Educatuon"""
The Roman people went EXTINCT and their Empire along with it. Economics are a distraction! We are a successful race and will continue to be as long as WE CAN EXIST
