We have them here. There is a booth that you drive by and pay sort of like how you pay for a fast food meal. They use cameras to deter thieves. It's usually cheaper because they don't have to pay for a walk-in building. It's just basically a little booth that somebody sits in with a drive-through window.
They are actually pretty nice. Gas is usually cheaper. Free air pump. 50 cent soda machines.

I remember running into those kind of pumps years ago but now a days, I just go to the ones with card pay in them. A few times I tried printing a receipt and/or having some trouble at those pumps. I would just go into the actual store and pay at the register and pump my damn gas. Although, I do know of places where you can't pump your gas until you have actually paid first. I think a lot of them have been phased out within the last 10 or so years.
