For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

Only time will tell...
When time tells and it was easy to see coming for some of us, remember me.

BoJo is done any day naow! Where I have heard that before?
Oh, I'm bookmarking your crass prediction don't you worry.
Roll on Tuesday...
A unanimous decision of all 11 justices of the supreme court has ruled that the prorogation of Parliament was unlawful and therefore the suspension is null and void.

Boris's advice to the Queen to suspend Parliament was unlawful.
He lied to her Majesty.
Off with his head...

The opposite.
Standing up to a despotic leader who tried to ignore the rule of law.
Parliamentary Supremacy for the win.

You got like a month, enjoy what little time you have left in the EU, Brexit still coming.

Nope. Wrong again.
The PM (whoever that is by 31st Oct) will ask for another extension.
Parliament has decided.

Parliament hasn't decided squat, they keep kicking the can down the road, hoping to somehow cling to EU membership. BoJo ain't asking for an extension, you're leaving. Brace for hard brexit, unless the EU wisely caves instead of shooting themselves in the foot.

If Boris refuses to ask for an extension he will be held in contempt of court and face 2 years in jail.
Boris will either
1) Cave and ask for an extension
2) Resign
3) Be found dead in a ditch

Parliament will resume tomorrow.
Yellowhammer will be scrutinised along with Boris's plans for leaving.
Boris will face calls to resign from both sides of the House.

Boris is a dead duck. He is 43 seats short of a majority.
