Police Abuse

I'd like to give Law Enforcement the benefit of the doubt, but in light of all the abusive allegations, I'm now one of those suspicious people. Least we forget:
1) Property seizures laws that make the property prove it is innocent.
2) Way more than half of the citizens of Ferguson and other places have Arrest Warrants?!
3) Private collection agencies with governmental power to coerce payment with no supervision & no protection under The Fair Debt Collection Act.
4) Continuous stories of unarmed people being killed then false police reports filed.
5) Prosecutors unwilling to indict police officers when they rubber-stamp almost all other Grand Juries.
