How A Border Fence Would Work

1. Approximately 100 yards into American soil is a fence, called "No Man's Land." It can be breached but it would take a few minutes.
2. 500 yards later is the fence, much harder to breach, probably would take 15 minutes.
3. Between the two barriers are sensors & alarms, controlled via solar power, hidden.
4. Alarm sounds, Border Patrol sends drones & vehicles, hopefully arrive in the 20 minute window that the Illegals are getting through.
5. Capture Illegals, immediately put them in No Man's Land.
6. If Illegals won't leave No Man's Land, play loud music & drop planeloads of seawater on them. Also make it smell really bad.
7. Do this randomly until they swim back across the river or whatever.
8. Repeat every day.
9. Build with folks out of the ghetto who don't have jobs.
10. Staff with folks out of the ghetto who don't have jobs.
